Udderly Pure ensures accurate descriptions of its products. However, colors and shapes may vary from the pictures because each product is handmade and hand-cut by our team
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If a product is unavailable, you will be notified immediately. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, either in whole or in part. Your order will be processed after you register and we receive your payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The Price of goods is the price shown on our website when the order is confirmed. All retail prices include GST, while wholesale prices exclude it. Orders shipped outside New Zealand will be billed without GST. IMPORTANT: Please note that tracking is not available for the International Air shipping option.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the details of your shopping cart. We provide various payment options, including

- online payment via Internet banking (choose Bank Deposit during checkout for instructions),
- payment using Afterpay
- payment using Paypal
Items will not be shipped until payment is received or cleared
Delivery
Prices for goods stated on our website are exclusive of any delivery charges.
Delivery is only to New Zealand addresses.

Customs
You may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment arrives in your country. You must pay any additional charges for customs clearance, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another. We suggest reaching out to your local customs office for additional information.. Additionally, when you order from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations in your country regarding the receipt of goods.
Returns
Please choose carefully, as our products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature.
However, under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are deemed faulty. In such cases, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price within a reasonable timeframe as defined by the Act. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days. Please note that there may be a processing delay from the bank before the refund is applied to your account.
All purchases made through our website, www.udderlypure.co.nz, are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Refunds are only allowed for items at regular price. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@udderlypure.co.nz
If you receive damaged goods, please do not sign for them upon delivery. Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we will arrange for an exchange (if the product is in stock or for other available products) within 10 days. We will also contact the courier company to investigate the issue.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at no charge as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched for delivery. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible in writing at sales@udderlypure.co.nz
