Udderly Pure Ltd aims to provide you with excellent products and service. By buying from this website you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set out by Udderly Pure Ltd. We reserve the right to modify, alter or update these terms & conditions without prior notice. We guarantee that the goods purchased on this website are fit for the use for the particular purpose described.
Description of Goods
Udderly Pure takes care to accurately describe the products. However, colours, shapes can differ from the picture as all products are handmade.
If a product is not available, you will be notified straight away. We reserve the right to accept or refuse the order request partly or in whole. Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full. A order confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct at time of ordering.
We accept orders via email, email us at email@example.com to let us know what you want, and your method of payment. We will contact you within 24 hours with order confirmation and payment details.
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST. Udderly Pure reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Online payments are processed by PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. When you checkout items on our website, you can either :
Pay using your PayPal account, OR
Pay by credit card without logging into/signing-up with PayPal. Just follow the “Don’t have a PayPal account” link. Here you can pay by Visa or Mastercard.
If you do not want to pay using PayPal please contact us for alternative option.
Any third party costs incurred to collect unpaid monies will be added to the total amount owed.
Customers are also welcome to collect orders from our warehouse, contact us via email for more detail.
If you wish to collect your order, simply select PICK UP as the delivery option in the cart when placing your order.
Orders can be collected during hours – 9am -4pm, Monday through Friday.
You will be notified by email or text message when your order is available for collection, please do not come until you have received this notification.
To cancel an order, please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of order . If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods.
Returns & Refund Policy
All bath and body products are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons, so please take care to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable for the purpose you intend. We have made a considerable effort to accurately describe the products we sell.
We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If you by any chance receive the wrong product please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly. In the event of goods delivered damaged, contact us immediately and we will exchange them (if any product remains in stock or to other products available by arrangement) within 5 days.
Your privacy are very important to us and we commit to adhere to the NZ Privacy Laws.
By using this website you must be aware that we do have tracking code and conversion code in place and we do have opt in forms throughout the website.
Tracking data will not identify you personally and will be used only for marketing purposes to track site visitation patterns and general demographics.- including remarketing activity.
Opt in forms and email sign up forms are voluntary. Information submitted will not be used by or made available to any third party. You may opt out at any time. We value your privacy and commit to maintaining ethical non-spam policies.
